The one thing I learn from each was you start with Customer Service and you end with Customer Service . You can say Customer Service in in my DNA. I have been in real estate in the greater Houston area for more that 30 years. I have listed and sold many homes. I have help areas develop rural rice farm land to thriving communities such as Katy, Pearland, Sugarland, and Missouri City are a few. For over 20 years I was an Appraiser with 10 years as owner of an appraisal business and I specialize in the Senior market where I understand the home is the family sanctuary. I work with an team consisting of Attorneys that specialize in seniors issues, Estate sale companies, Mortgage lenders with many options for seniors financing, competent contactors to reliable handymen for repairs. I have worked extensively over the years with home buyers specializing in getting credit for down payment and closing cost there are many programs. I grew up with family members living in Galveston where I spent the summers enjoying the beach and fishing. I think some people of the greater Houston area sometime forget about Galveston and the beach. My hobbies are fishing and collecting kites. I have traveled to Japan and Hong Kong to buy kites.
