The annual fee is charged in January of every year. It is prorated for Agents that join throughout the year.

Yes. AVOREC provides the insurance to every agent on every transaction that they conduct at no additional cost.

AVOREC is primarily an online brokerage firm. We do not have traditional brick and mortar office costs such as rent, utilities, and maintenance. Therefore we pass on the overhead cost savings to our Agents allowing them to make more money on every transaction (big or small) that they make.

Yes, and our transaction fee is the lowest in the market at $349/transaction.

Yes. AVOREC does sponsor teams at the same fee schedule for individual agents.
